As someone who is pretty skeptical about auto repair shops, I had a great experience here. The staff is friendly and professional, which immediately put me at ease. I brought my SUV in for some dent repairs and a paint touch-up. The team explained everything in simple terms and didn’t push any unnecessary services on me. The turnaround time was reasonable, and the work was done really well. I especially appreciated the updates they sent me via text about the repair progress; it made me feel involved in the process. If I had to give some constructive feedback, it would be to have a more comfortable waiting area with refreshments. While I waited, there wasn’t much seating available, and the atmosphere felt a bit sterile. Nonetheless, I left extremely satisfied with the service and the results. I’ll definitely be recommending this place to my friends and family!
